Thai Vegetarian Cooking and Cultural Experience

Join us for a four day immersion October 12-16, 2009, during Thailand’s Vegetarian Festival. Participants will learn to cook healthy and traditional Thai-vegetarian dishes, take part in religious and cultural experiences related to the philosophy of vegetarianism, and visit a traditional Thai healer.
