Welcome to Three Generation Organic Cooking and Farming Academy

The Three Generation Organic Cooking and Farming Academy is an educational farming and cooking program located on the campus of Three Generation Community for Learning.

Our classes on farming, cooking, and Thai culture offer PTIS students, visiting schools, professional chefs, international families and adult travelers to Thailand a chance to experience the beauty of food and the pleasure of cooking and eating in Thailand.


Through seasonal planting, harvesting, cooking, and eating foods grown from our organic farm, participants rekindle the experience of good health and joy of living.

This experience fosters a better understanding of how the natural world sustains us, while conveying the essential belief and philosophy of the Thai people, that nature’s way exudes pleasure, provides health and wellbeing, stimulates the senses, and embodies sustainability.
